WATERMELON AGUA FRESCA3 cups ripe watermelon, cubed and seeded*
1 cup cold water
Ice (for serving)
Fresh fruit slice or sprig of mint (for garnish)
Place fruit in blender, add cold water and blend until smooth.
Serve very cold over ice and garnish with fruit or sprig of mint.
*If watermelon is not perfectly sweet, exchange 1 cup ripe cantaloupe, strawberries or another super-sweet fruit for 1 of the cups of watermelon.
